4 Reasons To Hire A Virtual Marketing Assistant

It’s impossible to ignore that virtual assistants are part of a rapidly growing industry that falls under a wide range of niches.

More and more entrepreneurs and startups are choosing to pay freelancers on an hourly, short-term basis rather than hiring a full-time member of staff,  and here are the top 4 reasons why.

Specialised skill set

Most marketing consultants will have the same general background knowledge when it comes to marketing methods and strategies, but these tend to fall into the category they work in, Travel ect.

In the last few months alone, I have helped to accelerate the growth of virtual assistant companies, Yoga studios, Travel agents, Escrow services and a baby boutique. The role is so varied I have a better understanding of different industries, target audiences, B2B and B2C, whereas previously, my skill set was categorised mainly under the travel industry.

Flexibility

You may have an important client but are unable to fulfil all their needs, such as marketing their business or managing their social media. Maybe it’s a small project, just a few days and you want to avoid extortionate agency fees.

A virtual marketing assistant can be hired on an hourly rate for any urgent projects. Their flexibility makes them perfect to give a campaign a much-needed boost but on a flexible basis.

Saves Time

No need for a long winded interview process and recruitment agency fees. It’s very simple to find freelancers on sites like people per hour, and after a phone call to decide the best way forward, they can start working the same day.

This is perfect for preventing small issues from becoming massive problems that will eventually require additional resources that you just don’t have.

Reduced Cost

Virtual assistants require no office space, office equipment and they also manage their own taxes. You do not have to give them holiday leave or any company benefits.

Add to this you are only paying for the hours worked.

I find I am far more efficient working a 4 hour day rather than an 8 hour day in a busy office. There are no distractions, meetings or breaks to get in the way and my hour is completely dedicated to the task in hand as I am under time constraints.

Would you like to find out how just a couple of hours a day can accelerate your growth, traffic and leads?

My 4 Instagram Auto Followers/Likes On A Budget

In the perfect world, there would be time for REAL engagement! You would have a couple of hours a day to spare replying to comments, following inspiring people and also liking hundreds of photos, but realistically, not many people can spare the time. And when it comes to Instagram growth, numbers matter.

It seems like since Instagress shut down, the GO TO bot for managing your Instagram account on a tight budget, their have been multiple alternatives, quiet a few offering over £100 a month!! So I have looked into cheaper alternatives for startups!

The Risks! – It’s well known that Instagram closed down a bot not long ago called Instagress that greatly effected a massive proportion of Instagram influencers, their accounts literally slowed right down! – mainly because there could no auto like/follow/comment and had to do it manually again or until they found an alternative bot – but other options cropped up and now there are countless bots available.

Although it is usually the autobot that is closed down, I have heard rumours that Instagram can also close your account but from personal experience I haven’t had any issues with bots in the last year +, nor have any other bot users that I know of, but it’s still a risk you need to be aware of!

The biggest issue is with so many people using bots it’s very hard to quickly gain a massive growth without putting alot of hours in, and if you don’t have the time and are willing to try it, then there are multiple options available.

So what are my top 4 Instagress alternatives?

Leogram

The service automatically likes, follows and comments on profiles you have set to be targeted. As a result, people receive notifications, go to your Instagram and may follow you in response. I have just started testing this one for my Instagram account and it’s well within my budget at roughly $9.99 a month.

There is also an auto comment section where you can add a comment that will be sent out to targeted accounts. Just be careful with this one! You are better using a generic comment such as ‘love your feed’ than ‘love this photo’ as it’s impossible to monitor what it is commenting on 24/7! Check it out here

Boostfy

Boostfy is a very cost effective alternative for auto-liking hashtags, albeit a rather simplified version of instagress with less targeting options. The bonus would be the 3-day trial period and affordable packages starting from £13.99 a month.

Robolike

Robolike is an auto like bot for Instagram and Twitter. With up to 90 likes an hour and hashtag targeting, it’s £13.99 a month for Twitter hashtag targeting. Once again there is a free trial option here

Instazood

Instazood is also another go to for my clients once again as is great value for money on a monthly basis at $9.99.

Some of my clients have had great results, up to 100 followers a week once they set up the targeting. It also allow for auto comments and hashtag targeting.

Whereas I’m not a fan of the rather ruthless follow/unfollow method – I’m too sensitive – being able to auto like hashtags in your sector for a couple of pounds a week is rather handy after a hectic day’s work when you’d rather be watching repeats of  Stranger Things than hammering away endlessly on your phone.

Any more you can add?
