If you are happy to let your team surf the web during their lunch then this can be harmless but at the same time, they may end up accessing a malicious site and this is the last thing you need. Simply try and make sure that your team are not using your work devices and that if they do browse the internet, they do so using their own devices which should not be in any way, connected to the company network.
