HOW I MANIFESTED GOOD HEALTH Healing

Manifesting Good Health! The Secret

Who HASN’T read the secret?

The international best seller by Rhonda Byrne claims to transform your love life, career, cash flow issues and even your health with a multitude of gushing reviews from literally thousands around the world. But how? by using the law of attraction. ‘What you think of, you become’  or more simply put……

By visualising what you want, believing you already have it, and having gratitude for it.

I’ve tired and tested the law of attraction before. It helped me secure my cheap if not grungey flat in the heart of Bondi beach and later, an equally grubby second hand surfboard. ( Maybe I should have focused on a new one ) But it had been years until I was forced to use it on something bigger. A chronic illness.

I’ve been suffering from labyrinthitus for 9 months now. The worst symptoms are chronic dizziness, vertigo, anxiety, insomnia and exhaustion. There are no words to describe the depths of how depressing and lonely its been. Until recently, I had lost all hope of getting better after discovering my mum has had episodes of chronic dizziness for over 45 years and maybe its hereditary.

how i manifested good health

My career was left in tatters, my open university degree quashed and I lost my last shred of independence moving in  with the bf as I couldn’t afford rent. I REALLY had hit rock bottom. So there was nothing left to lose.

The Process

I made it very simple to begin with. Each night before bed I visualised being able to see clearly, focusing on objects far away and being able to walk without feeling like the ground was moving! At the time I was on a multitude of medications and using a facebook support group for fellow chronic dizziness sufferers. I regularly checked in on it throughout the day. Id read post after post of desperation, loss and anger. I’d wallow in self pity until the bf came home from work and I’d try to be more positive. Within a week of applying the visualisation methods I’d managed to come of the meds.

I’m now coming up to 3 weeks and feeling around 80% better. This is a miracle from someone that could hardly leave the house, let alone have a long drawn out conversation without the dizzies kicking in. As the secret quoted, what you think of you become, so I gradually stepped away from everything that reminded me of my illness. Even my facebook support group. I didnt want to be constantly reminded of the symptoms of this horrible illness.

My vision board

The results? I feel I’ve finally started to get my life back. Im certain I will have a blip along the way, mainly if I overuse the laptop, or I get a cold but then again who knows? If I keep this up, who is to say a cold is a thing of the past? After all my partner had a terrible bug the last few days and for once I had only minor symptoms where as previously it would have knocked me for six, with at least a day in bed.

I’ve also created a vision board. I must admit I was a bit embarrassed about hoisting it up in our bedroom. ‘Hippie crystal stuff’ as he would say, but then even he’s taken aback by the results and I have ALREADY crossed 2 of my list. To get into an acupuncture degree course at London South Bank, and paid travel work. So for an hour of feeling silly, its worth it!

So check out the site  or just google visualisation for health, wealth ect. You don’t have to buy a book to get the basics. Signing out…… VikingQ.
